The second of our weekend cookery workshops, under the guidence of Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell and his team, will focus on pasta and ice cream.
Fine tune your pasta making skills by making plain, shaped and filled pastas from scratch. Extend your dessert repertoire by learning to make Semi-freddo, Gelato and traditional Ice Cream.
All budding chefs, couples, groups of friends welcome.
