On Saturday 30 January diners are invited to ‘rove’ with Boschendal’s bio-friendly food garden manager, Megan McCarthy as she shares her passion for freshly grown, healthy veggies, herbs and salad ingredients.
Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and a 3-course vegetarian focused menu, with meat dishes as your side, paired with award winning wines. Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell will make use of the food garden’s produce, ethically farmed meat, chickens and eggs.
The four unique stops will show off The Werf Food Garden with Megan and her team harvesting seasonal goodies which will be used in the dishes that evening, thereby giving a literal interpretation of Christiaan’s farm-to-table ethos.
The venues are all within easy walking distance but we recommend bringing something warm to wear for the walk as well as comfortable shoes for the dining spots inside the garden.
