Our gardens are enchanting and Boschendal is a cornucopia of freshly grown, delicious vegetables and herbs.
We would like to invite you to an incredible Roving Dinner, where you will meet the people responsible for this abundance - Boschendal’s food gardeners, the brilliant Megan McCarthy and Rayner Joubert.
Guests will enjoy a welcome drink and informative tour around the beautiful vegetable gardens before enjoying a three-course vegetarian focused menu. For those of you who cannot live without meat, there are meat options offered on the side, and all of this will be accompanied by magnificent wines. Our resident culinary genius and Executive Chef, Christiaan Campbell, will make sure our garden produce is transformed into delectable morsels for your pleasure.
Each of the stops on the tour will feature one or more ingredients that will be used in the dishes that evening, showing off both the prolific selection of edible plants on Boschendal, and giving you an insight into Christiaan’s farm-to-table ethos.
The venues are all within easy walking distance but we recommend bringing something warm to wear, as well as your comfortable walking shoes.
