These epicurean affairs hosted by executive chef Allistaire Lawrence and one of Boschendal’s three winemakers, take place in The Werf Restaurant and feature three delectable courses accompanied by a variety of equally luscious wines.
The contemporary farm menu celebrates the seasons and incorporates ingredients, produce and meat from the farm or our like-minded sustainable small scale suppliers. Expect the likes of smoked hake; braaied lamb and roast lamb belly; and 12-months Boerenkaas – each paired with a carefully curated selection of estate wines.
