As the second oldest Cap Classique producer in the Cape, Boschendal’s bubbly delights are no stranger to awards and accolades. We invite you to come and enjoy a night of tasting the stars with cellar master Jacques Viljoen and Executive Chef Allistaire Lawrence. Each dish is focused on celebrating Boschendal’s soil to fork philosophy with all produce hailing from the farm, and then perfectly complemented by Cap Classique from the cellar.
The main course is served with the Jean le Long Prestige Cuveé 2008. This vintage won the Trophy for Best Museum Class wine, but also the award for that year’s Best Overall Producer at last year’s Amorim Cup Challenge. This past year’s awards also saw a host of awards for the Cap Classique offering, one that Jacques and his team are very proud of and inspired them to always continue delivering exceptional quality with every vintage.
Chef Allistaire and his team bring the farm’s bounty to the fore on every plate, the ingredients are the hero and guests will be delighted to enjoy only the freshest, local fare.
