Enjoy a morning with Biodynamic Consultant, Ishaan Lilje as he teaches you all about biodynamic compost making and shares his insight into other Biodynamic Preps.
The second half of the workshop will be hosted by Agroecologist, Megan McCarthy, on how to make your own indigenous microorganism cultures.
This hands on tour through the extensive Werf Food Garden promises to be fascinating and topical, and a great opportunity to learn from professionals and experts in their field. Questions are welcomed throughout the tour.
A light hearty lunch will be served from produce out of the garden, including delicious farm fresh breads.
