Join our ice cream workshop on the 07th and 08th of October and become a gelato master. Ice cream is something the whole family can enjoy, and with our professional team showing you how, you’ll be churning out delicious, authentic homemade ice cream with ease.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell and his team, you will learn the tips and tricks to create gourmet ice cream. All our recipes are based on the cornerstones of passion and tradition, and we believe in using only the best and freshest ingredients.

Learn about the technical aspects of ice cream preparation and the different types of ice cream, as  well as the ingredients and equipment. Finally, learn how best to pasteurise and freeze ice cream so you can prepare your own at home with total confidence and flair. 

The weekend includes one night in Boschendal’s luxury Werf Cottages, so that you can enjoy the Saturday afternoon workshop and a delightful two-course dinner at the Werf Restaurant before a great night's sleep. Sunday starts off with breakfast in our Farm Shop and Deli before the Sunday workshop. Then finish off your weekend with a light lunch.
