Learn all about the basics of traditional fermentation techniques with Food Scientist, Claire Pauck. Claire will also be sharing the health benefits of fermented foods and how to include them in your daily diet.

The workshop will include your own starter cultures and recipes on lacto-fermented vegetables, Kombucha and fermented dairy.
